Description

The INDOOR ODOR CONTROL NETWORK is proud to introduce GOLD4 MOLD INDOOR ODOR™ as a new and integral part of our Mold Remediation & Odor Control line-up of products. This new product is specifically designed for use in attic spaces, the deep stains which develops in areas like crawl spaces – where years of standing water and poor ventilation has badly embedded the stains associated with mold into floor joists and subflooring, can only be eliminated by a Sodium Hypochlorite product.

GOLD4 MOLD INDOOR ODOR™ Liquid Mold Stain Remover is a concentrate and may be mixed as follows:

For light stain removal, dilute 1 gallon of GOLD4 MOLD to 2 gallons of water
For heavy stain removal, dilute 1 gallon of GOLD4 MOLD to 1 gallon of water
DO NOT EVER USE THIS PRODUCT STRAIGHT FROM THE BOTTLE
For reduced odor, and deep surface penetration, add 1oz of Soil BreakTM per each gallon of prepared solution.

PRODUCT USE DIRECTIONS

SURFACE & AREA PREPARATION:

All surfaces should be vacuumed (HEPA) free of all visible surface mold fruit.
If being applied in an attic space, insulation or floor decking should be protected with plastic sheeting.
Protect critical metal components that may corrode when in contact with salt.
A means of fresh air intake and powered exhaust should be set up to evacuate fumes from product.

PRODUCT PREPARATION:

PPE as shown on this label should be use whenever handling or applying this product.
Into a clean 2-3 gallon pump or battery sprayer add 1-2 gallons of lukewarm clean water. See chart on label
Not less than 1 gallon should be added to the 2-3 gallon pump or battery sprayer. Product is to be applied as a liquid, not atomized through a power fogger or sprayer.
For increased vertical surface cling and substrate penetration, add 1oz of Soil Break™ for each gallon of prepared solution and use a foaming pump sprayer.

PRODUCT APPLICATION:

For best performance, temperature should be between 40o F – 80o F.
Use pump sprayer or foamer to apply the diluted solution directly to the stained surfaces. Saturation is NOT necessary. Require dwell-time to remove discoloration should be 5 minutes or less
Agitate with a brush to work solution into particularly badly stained or porous surfaces.
Rinsing should not normally be required. Allow to air dry.
For additional insurance against recontamination, retreat particularly bad surfaces with INDOOR ODOR CONTROL™ TABLETS to eliminate root development and INDOOR ODOR SILVER SHIELD™ Bullet to add long-lasting antimicrobial protection.

SURFACE & AREA PREPARATION:

If new construction, when proactive protection is required, simply ensure that the surfaces are clean, and dust-free.
If being applied to a mold-contaminated surface, then treat the surface with GOLD4 MOLD™ to remove surface discoloration, followed by a 400 ppm solution of ClO2 created with ENVIROTAB™ and allow to air-dry.

PRODUCT PREPARATION:

Please use PPE’s as shown on label before mixing or applying this product.
Into a clean container, add 1 gallon of INDOOR ODOR MOLD SHIELD™ for every 3000 square feet of surface area, and then add (2) gallons of water and mix thoroughly. [This product may be applied straight from the container, if using an airless paint sprayer.]
You are now ready to pour from this container into your battery or corded spray application tool.

PRODUCT APPLICATION:

For best performance, temperature should be between 40o F – 80o F.
Using your battery or corded sprayer, adjust the pressure, volume and nozzle to obtain an even pattern that is as heavy as possible, but without drips.
Apply to all new or previously contaminated surfaces using a dual coat that comes from two perpendicular directions – up and down, side-to-side. Apply a thin, even coat that covers all surfaces and corners.
The product will bind to all dry surfaces and requires no additional curing tools or actions. Two coats is recommended to ensure full coverage.
If the surfaces are particularly porous, you might consider first applying a coat of INDOOR ODOR SEAL CLEAR™ to fill pores, followed by a single application of INDOOR ODOR MOLD SHIELD™.
Allow to air dry and enjoy solid, natural protection against recontamination.

Sealing Timbers, Boarding Boards and Plywood in Attics & Crawl Spaces – Please use equipment with sufficient power so that this product need not be reduced while spraying overhead. Apply with successive thin applications directly over top of the prior with little set time. Do not attempt to apply in a single application. Product should quickly go from white to clear when applied properly.

Sealing VCT, Concrete or Ceramic Tile with Grout – Use as supplied and apply with a microfiber finish mop. Apply thin coats and not more than two coats before covering with EnviroBuild Floor Finish.

This product is to be used AFTER ODORS HAVE BEEN COMPLETELY REMEDIATED using Indoor Odor20™ Tablets in a aqueous and gaseous form. This means the surfaces have been wiped down with 200ppm solution and the air space treated with ClO2 gas.
If the odors are caused by the presence of MOLD, then please refer to our products GOLD4 MOLD™ and MOLD SHIELD™.

PRODUCT PREPARATION:

- Temperature of the space should be between 55o F – 80o F.
- Glass surfaces MUST be immediately buffed with microfiber to remove excess material applied with the sprayer. There should not be VOC’s on clean glass, so it is not necessary to treat these surfaces
Keep microfiber cloths handy while using a battery or corded ULV sprayer or fogger to apply a thorough but VERY THIN coat to all surfaces: walls, ceilings, trim, furniture, fixtures and carpeting.
Apply your thin, dusting coat in two directions: left to right and top to bottom. We can’t stress enough that these are to be thin coats.
There may be a mild and temporary odor of vinegar during application, so air out the house for 10-15 minutes to alleviate the smell

CGR – Citrus Grease Release™ is an outstanding choice for cleaning stubborn dirt and soil from wall tiles, porcelain, slate, plastics, stainless steel, enameled, sealed or painted surfaces, ceramic tile and concrete floors, even ovens; and is a highly effective product for use in meat, poultry, and food-handling facilities, as well as industrial and manufacturing plants.

CGR – Citrus Grease Release™ has moderate foaming action, low surface tension, and superior wetting action make this cleaner perform well at all concentrations, even in hard water, and it is non-corrosive, non-flammable, and biodegradable.

APPLICATION OVERVIEW:

INDOOR ODOR CRETE SEAL™ is not a coating, it is a deep-penetrating sealer and must always be applied in such a way as to leave the very least amount of surface film. This product may be applied by hand with a cloth, by microfiber flat mop or with an airless sprayer, so long as the solution is pushed into any pores and not allowed to build up on the surface.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Large Area Applications – This product must be applied in THIN, even coats, so for large areas, we heartily recommend the use of a Fas-Trak Ultra-Trak for metered application.

Sealing Ceramic Tile & Grout – On a pre-cleaned and dry surface, apply a thin application of INDOOR ODOR CRETE SEAL™ to new or restored tile & grout with a cloth, mop or sponge and watch the grout for a color change that indicates penetration. Wipe dry with a terry cloth.

Small Areas & Touch-ups – For small area, traffic lanes (where the substrate has been worn away) and touch-ups, we recommend the use of low-nap microfiber mops.

Cleaning & Top-Dressing Maintenance Instructions – For floors regularly cleaned with automatic scrubbers, and/or frequently burnished. Clean regularly with INDOOR ODOR CRETE SHINE™ and burnish with diamond pads.

Building & Maintaining Gloss on Polished Stone Floors

The first and most remarkable application for INDOOR ODOR CRETE SHINE™ lies in its ability to work together with Crete Seal™ and a diamond pad system to build a floor substrate coating that NEVER requires stripping*.

Improving Slip-Resistance to All Hard Floor Surfaces

Proprietary ingredients in INDOOR ODOR CRETE SHINE™ have been proven to increase the SCOF [Slip-Coefficient Of Friction] by at least 10-20 points with regular use, reducing the likelihood of Slip & Fall Accidents.

Maintaining Finished VCT, Sealed LVT & Johnsonite Rubber Floors

Floors cleaned with automatic scrubbers containing even 1oz/gal of INDOOR ODOR CRETE SHINE™ have been known to hold their shine longer and show far fewer traffic lanes.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:

Automatic Scrubbing
On floors freshly sealed with Crete Seal™, dilute INDOOR ODOR CRETE SHINE™ at a rate of 2-4oz per gallon, and use a brush, white or red poly pad, or on VCT, a 1500 grit diamond polishing pad. After 1-2 weeks, reduce the concentration to just 1oz per gallon. Burnish after scrubbing with a 2000-3000grit diamond or Hi-Speed Natural pad.

Traffic Lane Restoration
For the highest traffic lanes and areas, dilute (at 2-4oz/gal) and apply a thin application of INDOOR ODOR CRETE SHINE™ with a microfiber flat mop and allow to dry thoroughly before burnishing.

Finished VCT, Sealed LVT & Johnsonite Rubber Floors
Dilute INDOOR ODOR CRETE SHINE™ at 1oz/gal and clean floor with an automatic scrubber with a brush or white or red floor pad.
